Art in Motion School of Dance had an amazing experience dancing at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL through Dance the Magic!

Our studio had the opportunity to perform our own choreography on a spectacular stage inside of Universal Studios Park, debut in the Universal Studios Parade in front of family, friends & resort guests, participate in a three hour workshop with Universal Choreographers & Dancers, and dazzled in a professional photoshoot for each of our dancers.

During our stage performances, AIM Dancers performed two routines, "I'm still Standing" (jazz) & "True Colors" (lyrical). These dances were choreographed and directed by Andrea Dotson, Melanie Short, Cassie Search, Maddie Howe & Casey Mitchell. After our magical trip had been postponed changed multiple times due to Covid-19, these songs reminded dancers how resilient they are!

Our parade routine was choreographed by the Dance the Magic team and we danced through the park to "I got this Feeling" from the Trolls soundtrack. This was the first parade Universal had since they shut down from the pandemic and it was such a joy to see everyone involved have so much joy as we partied in the park!

This event was truly an amazing experience and we can not wait to continue to create joy & happiness for our dancers with these memories!
